Yes, you can bring your pet along to any of our pet-friendly properties. You can view the full list of pet-friendly properties here.
Planning to bring a furry friend? We ask that you adhere to our pet policy:
Pets must be house-trained to be inside
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture
Pet hair must be vacuumed
Pet excrement must be picked up from the yard
Any damages or extra cleaning due to pets will incur extra charges

Unfortunately, we do not permit large events and are not insured for such gatherings. However, small elopements are allowed as long as the number of guests does not exceed the property's sleeping capacity.

We sure do! We can provide a portacot for $15, cot linen and a towel for $15, a high chair for $15, or a roll-away bed, suitable for a small child, including bedding and linen, for $30. Feel free to contact us directly to book these additional amenities.

If you made your booking through a third-party website, you will need to cancel your reservation through the appropriate booking platform. Please ensure you check the cancellation policy associated with your booking to understand the terms. If you provide enough notice, we may be able to modify your reservation - feel free to get in touch directly with us to discuss.

On direct bookings, there are two types of cancellations:
Short Stay (less than 28 days)
If a guest cancels 7 days or more before check-in, the guest will get a full refund.
If a guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, the guest will be refunded 50% of the booking.
If a guest cancels during their stay, the guest will be refunded 50% of the unspent nights.
Long Stay (more than 28 days)
If you are unable to have your request addressed by Bliss Stays, please contact Hometime at guest.support@hometime.io or on 1300 616 299.

Payment

If you need to update your card information, you can edit your details via the form on the email that you received from Hometime. Click “Update your credit card details” to make any changes.

Once you complete the relevant booking form, you will be charged immediately. The payment status will be updated to "paid," ensuring your reservation is confirmed. Please check your payment schedule, as it may vary by property (e.g., 25% upfront, 75% due 6 days prior to arrival).

The security deposit is like a bond that we hold to cover for any accidents or incidents. The security deposit is refundable after the property is cleaned post check-out. The deposit will appear as a pending transaction on your card until it is refunded.

Hometime will hold the security deposit for up to seven days after you check-out. The deposit will be taken four days prior to the check-in date.

Check-in & during your stay

As a Bliss Stays’ guest, you are expected to:
Respect the house rules provided in your booking confirmation.
Maintain cleanliness & treat the property with care.
Follow check-in & check-out instructions.
Communicate promptly with the Bliss Stays’ team if any issues arise.
Adhere to the pet policy (if you bring a pet).
Leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived.
Respect the neighbouring properties.

No, we provide easy self-check-in instructions for every property. This allows for a flexible and convenient arrival, without the need for in-person interaction.

We love offering early check-ins and late check-outs whenever possible. However, due to future reservations, it can be difficult to predict availability in advance. Please feel free to touch base with the Bliss Stays’ team during the week of your arrival, and we’ll do our best to confirm if we can accommodate your request.

We aim to create a home-away-from-home experience in all our properties, providing as many creature comforts & handy supplies as possible! For a full list of what is provided in your property, view our Digital Guest Guide under the “before you leave home” section.

Firewood is only available in the cooler months (April to September) & is only supplied to properties with internal fireplaces that rely on them for heating. Outdoor fire pits are optional to use - we don't expect homeowners to provide wood for guests. To save guests the hassle of sourcing firewood, we offer firewood packs delivered for purchase.
Please contact the Bliss Stays Mudgee team and we will provide a payment link for firewood, kindling, firelighters and matches to be supplied for your stay.

Intimate gatherings between booked guests are permitted, but parties are not allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for our neighbours.
