Choose from seasonal, fresh menus made to order - just heat and serve to host your very own Mudgee dinner party. Featuring options like hearty grazing platters & housemade Mudgee Sourdough foccacia slabs, to three-course menus including slow-cooked lamb shoulder, lemon herb roast chicken, salads & desserts, the meals are delivered to your Bliss home, ready to enjoy.
Private Chef
Enjoy a tailored menu of delicious food, made in-house by Rebecca herself as you sip local wine & relax. Learn about the local produce used in your meals, watch the chef work or unwind with your fellow guests as you relish in the quality, home-cooked menu.
Sourdough School
Book an unforgettable cooking experience with Mudgee Sourdough School in your Bliss Stays’ kitchen.
Be guided by Rebecca’s expert artisan baking skills, from starter development, through to a finished baked loaf.
All equipment is provided, along with a house-made morning tea & sourdough pizza lunch. You’ll also wrap up the tutorial with your own sourdough starter kit to continue your baking journey at home.
