Each September, Mudgee comes alive to celebrate its rich wine & food offering, showing off the best drops and seasonal produce to locals and visitors alike.

Mudgee Wine & Food Month is one of Australia’s oldest annual wine & food festival - now in its 40th year, the festival has long been a tribute to the region’s award-winning wineries, mouth-watering local produce & the people behind the vines.

Saturday, August 31: Go Tasting - Mudgee’s favourite wine tasting & warehouse sale. Enjoy a public tasting of the annual Mudgee Wine Show entries. Sample local wines & purchase them at special Go Tasting prices.

Friday, September 6: Guided Vineyard Walk @ Bunnamagoo

Saturday, September 7: Vintage Launch - Pieter Van Gent Winery is set to launch its 2024 wines with a food truck & tastings.

September 7 & 8: Tex Mex at Slowfox Wines

September 7 & 8 - Food & Wine Month at Logan Wines - food from Smokin Bro & Co, along with live music and Logan’s famous wines.

Saturday, September 13: Meet the Makers - a relaxed dinner at Robert Stein Winery, with some of the best local winemakers taking you through a range of local wines.

Saturday, September 28: Flavours of Mudgee - the region’s largest food and wine event. The two main streets shut down for an afternoon/evening of wine, beer, food & entertainment.
